About solution

TagPlan is a combination of an online platform and an application, aimed at companies with field workers. These companies still largely use paper forms, which are inconvenient for field work and waste time transcribing data into digital form.

TagPlan allows you to plan site visits and create custom digital forms where field workers enter data or add observations in the form of images. When the user touches the phone with the application to the NFC badge at the location, a form opens where he enters the data, and the presence at the location is also recorded. The data is stored on the server and is immediately accessible to the responsible person. He has a comprehensive overview of the situation on the ground and can analyze the data.

The solution enables the transition from paper records to digitized data storage in one place. It saves field workers time at locations, and enables responsible persons to review traceability and analyze data.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Fund for Regional Development.
